Yeah. Everyone else around him dies, eventually. Even the Doctor's going to run out of regenerations.

Have they ever said how many regenerations a Time lord has?

I'm always hoping that somehow they find a way to give Jack an end. Definately not soon, but in the distint future it would be nice if he could actually die.
