Random update

Not much since the last time. Had a dentist appointment since I got back from the trip in October. Have another one on Thursday, and have an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed in January. They'll take care of a couple of cavities while I'm under. I'm not sure if I'm looking forward to afterward or not (I'm still uncertain how I'm going to react to narcotic-type painkillers, and not really looking forward to finding out. I've even odds of being utterly out of it as vaguely coherent.)
Today is for cookie-making and writing, and possibly working more on the blanket of doom that will be large enough to more than cover a king-sized bed. A six-sided monster of a blanket that's got some geometric open-work patterning in it. I have 40 rounds of 90 done, and then there are another 20 rows after that to put on each side.
Update on writing:
Posted quite a few older stories to AO3 in the last week or so (part of me trying to figure out what stories I have, what's finished, and how many words I've written and posted anywhere). Finished the one series of Avengers-fic, and started another. This new one has longer stories, and more plot, and less meandering in time. It also involves perhaps a bit more gratuitous messing about with mythology.
I've finished both holiday exchange fics I've signed up to write, and am contemplating a pinch-hit in the one fest. I haven't really gotten nearly as far as I'd like in my Historical Big Bang story, and at this rate, might actually go looking at stuff I've got more complete and not posted, and see about working one of those stories for posting. I don't know. *shrugs* I'll figure that out sooner or later, and hopefully in time for posting.
And I think that's it, save for links for the stories I've posted on AO3 recently. Which I think I'm going to restrict to the new stories, since the older ones are all mostly a couple years old or more.

The day after that news airs, she steps back into her apartment with a sore calf and some blood spotting her socks. The words etched into her skin are simple, the sentiment behind them nothing she'll explain to any who might ask. It's enough for her.
