An apology only goes so far if it is not accompanied by concrete steps to fix the concerns raised. Such as, perhaps, bloody well not forcing me - or anyone, really - to participate in a beta without their explicitly stated consent (or, in this case, against my explicit NON-consent).
Until you can do so, I shall be over here, and not on your dumpster fire of a website.
If you continue to fail to address the concern, I cordially invite you to take a nice long hike off a short pier over very deep waters.
