Sure! Hmm. Hell, I'll do both.

Gideon:

(A)
1 - He's not nearly as much of a bastard as he likes to make people think he is. He cares deeply for his family and friends, and will do anything it takes to protect them, no matter what that does to his reputation.
2 - He's a bottle blond.
3 - He dotes on his daughter, and would give her everything that's his, even his title, if he could. As it is, he'll settle for not giving everything he wants to give her to his cousin.

(B) He drinks too much, he plays too hard, and he doesn't always remember when to say "no". He drives his family to distraction by burning the candle at both ends, and he doesn't always realize what he's doing.

(C) He cares so bloody much about those who he loves. So absolutely and fiercely that it's going to kill him or bankrupt him in his efforts to help them. Especially his female relatives - Claudia, Madaea, Jezebelle, Varia, Mathilda. Even when they frustrate him, or annoy him, or piss him off, he still tries to be a gentleman, and he does his damndest to help them.

(E)

1 - Jasia - because she cares too much about him
2 - Terri - because he has hang-ups on gender when it comes to his partner. And it's bad form to sleep with your staff.
3 - Varia - because he never had a chance to really meet his grandmother
4 - the Nol Astra - because she's his superior, and could break him in half if he so much as hinted at anything
5 - Madaea's mother - because he was young and just free of his aunt's control, and didn't ca to form any attachment

Hector Barbossa:

(A)

1 - He's a gentleman when he tries to be. He doesn't often have a reason to try.
2 - He's Catholic by birth, but hasn't practiced since his mother was murdered for her faith.
3 - He's been a captain before he stole command of the Black Pearl from Jack, and doesn't take well to being not in command anymore.

(C) He's courteous, but ruthless, he's got a spiff hat, he's got a dry and sometimes dark sense of humour, and he's just got this past that's waiting to be played with.

Heh. A&E on this one. Mind you, it's Simm!Master, and some of this comes from the AUs I have.

A.

1 - He's got a penchant for destroying things, and people, just because he can. Not because they get in his way, or to attract the Doctor's attention (though that's sometimes part of it), but simply because he can.
2 - He likes to find new and inventive ways of killing Jack. No matter what version of the universe, no matter how close they may get, once Jack's immortal, he's curious how far he can push it, and he wants to see how far he can push Jack.
3 - He has no interest in the Doctor sexually. He wants him as an equal, as a friend, even as a partner, but not as a lover.

(E)

1 - Jack - because Jack is wrong, and a reminder of everything that shouldn't happen if the Time Lords still lived
2 - Emma - because she's too intellegent, too intensely curious about what he could teach her
3 - Lucy - because he's more interested in twisting her, and making her love him
4 - The Doctor - because he thinks it would make him weaker
5 - Yvonne - because she's ambitious, and therefor dangerous

It's a bit weird when I'm trying to work on Time, Chaos, and the Universal Constant, 'cause I know that the Master is fucking Jack, off and on, but at the same time he despises what Jack IS. Which makes me wonder what Jack's motivations are for letting the Master get him in bed, 'cause that's not a healthy relationship. Not I expect anything with the Master to be entirely healthy.

Hmm...I'd ask for the whole torchwood team, but I'll just start with Jack and Gwen, whichever you want to go first.

Jack:

(A)
1 - Sometimes he's afraid of Ianto, because he can't be certain he's reading him right all the time.
2 - He cares more than he'll admit to himself, and his distancing himself from his team is deliberate, and work.
3 - No matter how much the Master kills and torments him in Time, Chaos, and the Universal Constant, he's not about to leave him to his own devices. He would like to come back to London, and not find a smoking hole in the ground.

(D)

1 - The Master never fucked him in the year that wasn't. Killed him, against and again, but never fucked him.
2 - He never had sex with Rose.
3 - Ianto's never told him he loves him, or at least cares for him deeply.
4 - He's never had sex with Owen.
5 - He's never traveled to a parallel universe.

Gwen:

(A)
1 - She has common sense and intelligence, she's just so thrown by Torchwood and the life there that she hasn't entirely engaged either.
2 - She doesn't entirely trust Rhys with secrets, and so keeps more from him than just Torchwood and her sleeping with Owen.
3 - She doesn't realize how much she's being warped by Torchwood, even after she nearly looses Rhys.

(E)

1 - Jack, because he keeps himself too aloof from everyone.
2 - Tosh, because she's a co-worker
3 - Owen, for the same reason as Tosh, though she cares for him more
4 - Ianto, because he's too calm and rational and controlled a majority of the time, and the rest of the time, he's frightening
5 - Suzie, because she never had the chance

Suzie/Gwen is definatly one-sided. At least it seemd to me that Suzie had a thing for Gwen. Either that or for Jack and she somehow figured he had a thing for Gwen. *shrugs* Depends on how you look at it.

1 - He adores kids, and wants one of his own, but he won't subject one to his inability to keep a stable home life.
2 - He enjoys the chance to be mean to House on occasion, and he likes it best when he can be incredibly nice to someone else in the process.
3 - If House does something really stupid, he'll let his friend deal with the consequences, but only so far, because he's too nice for his own good.
