The Doctor (11) - in the kitchen of the TARDIS with a pot of tea, sandals kicked in one corner, mismatched cups and saucers. The Doctor's in jeans and a t-shirt, his hair loose and curling around his shoulders. Four chairs at the table, one with a jumper draped over the back of it.
49. How honest are you about your thoughts and feelings (i.e. do you hide your true self from others, and in what way)?
[smiles warmly] Oh, I don't hide so much anymore. It's better all around when people know who and what they're dealing with, don't you? Do you want another cup of tea? Or maybe a glass of wine?
61. Have you started your own family? If so, describe them. If not, do you want to? Why or why not?
[frowns] They've been dead for quite some time. Do we have to discuss that? I'd really rather have the next question, if you don't mind.
22. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Saving the universe on a regular basis.

[raises an eyebrow, smirking with amusement] Oh, you humans, really. I'm a Time Lord, last thereof. Well, if you don't count the Master, but he was always a pain in the arse anyway.

Plan? {chuckles] Plans never last beyond the first encounter with other people. I try not to plan too much.
53. In general, how do you treat others (politely, rudely, by keeping them at a distance, etc.)? Does your treatment of them change depending on how well you know them, and if so, how?

Captain Jack Harkness (Lieutenant to Chaos) - Sitting in the office of the Director of Torchwood, with the Master pacing by the door. He won't let Jack out of his sight right now, having recently had a rather less-than-pleasant visit by the Doctor. Comfortable chairs, bright and airy.
34. Do you have a criminal record of any kind?
Depends on the planet and century you're talking about.
9. Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses?
No. Even if I didn't have this problem with staying dead, I work for a genius alien with access to technology from across pretty much all of space and time. I don't think any physical weaknesses would survive that, do you?
76. Do you smoke, drink, or use drugs? If so, why? Do you want to quit?
Not anymore.
62. Who would you turn to if you were in desperate need of help?
Well, he's about two feet behind you looking bored with this. [grins at the Master] I mean, wasn't always him, but he's definitely more reliable then the last person I trusted to get me out of trouble.
89. Are you generally organized or messy?
[grins] Messy. Wouldn't want to interrupt a bit of fun to make sure the pictures are straight.
[from the Master, muttered] Or the reports aren't scattered over the floor, or the door's locked, either.

Sitting in front of a fireplace with a book and the Master and a bottle of wine.
68. Do you like interacting with large groups of people? Why or why not?
Depends on who the people are, and where and when I am. Sometimes it's fun. Other times it's all running for my life because some idiot pissed off the wrong priest or government official.

[nods towards the Master] Him, Suzie, Gwen. Owen. Emma on a good day. Ianto. [leans back] Any other questions?

Charming, handsome, and sexy.

[sighs, the smile fading] Rose Tyler. She gave me an incredible gift, because she couldn't let me go. And then she died for what she thought was right.

Captain Jack Harkness (Darker Guardians) - In Jack's office, with the door closed against prying ears. He's behind his desk, and there aren't any other chairs for the interviewer to sit on. The only light is from the lamp on the desk, and a bit through the window behind Jack that overlooks the Hub.

Not recently.

No. They're dangerous and prone to panic. And I'd like my team to stay in one piece if I can help it.

Gwen Cooper. Bright, ruthless, pragmatic. Owen Harper. Compassionate, caring, and an absolute genius - in more ways than one. Toshiko Sato. No one works a Rift Manipulator better than that woman. Ianto Jones. Coffee to die for, and good at hiding bodies - or anything else that needs hidden.
99. What three words would others probably use to describe you?
Ruthless, sexy, illegal in seventeen countries, four centuries, and on twenty-four planets other than Earth.
55. Who is the person you respect the most and why?
The Doctor. He does what needs done, and he doesn't worry about what people think about him for doing so.

[leans back, thinking a moment] I think I'd not set up the paradox machine, and just take over the Earth the old fashioned way. Even if the Doctor defeated me then, he wouldn't be able to erase the suffering from the minds of humanity. Or any of his failures of that year.
46. In your opinion, what is the most evil thing a human being could do?
[laughs lightly, and smirks] Oh, my dear, dear child. That depends entirely on your definitions of evil and human. Though I would imagine that betraying their friends and family simply for their own personal gain would do the trick. It's quite amusing to watch them twist on their strings when they have to choose between loyalty to their family and loyalty to me.
22. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A teacher. A professor at the Acadamy. Respected on Gallifrey.
[waves a dismissive hand] None of that matters now. Next question. [takes a sip of his capaccino]

Rassilon, no! [looks faintly disgusted] Why ever would I do something so vulgar and self-defeating?
On the other hand, I do enjoy the occassional good porto, and sometimes a fine Scotch. But never to excess, merely a glass with dinner, or a toast to my success.
89. Are you generally organized or messy?
[takes a neat bite of his croissant, chewing thoughtfully] Organized, this time. A bit messy in the previous regeneration. Sometimes a bit of both.
83. What are your pet peeves?
The Doctor interfering constantly, in everything. Really, he meddles too much, and never with any purpose besides meddling.
64. If you died or went missing, who would miss you?
I should think that wouldn't happen, but there's a whole planet full of people who'd mourn the loss of their beloved leader.
98. What three words best describe your personality?
This time? [sips cappaccino again] Patient, calculating, ruthless.
5. Where do you live now, and with whom? Describe the place and the person/people.
I live in a palatial home on Bavaria - the planet, not the region on Earth - surrounded by servants and loyal retainers. It's rather a lovely little planet, and absolutely perfect for a springboard to the rest of the galaxy. A handful of neighboring planets that can be induced to war, and will welcome someone to impose peace when we have the warships ready. Solid grasp of defensive technology, a need for conflict that's inherent to humanity. Absolutely lovely.
[pauses, drumming fingers a moment before he grimaces] Of course, I'm sure the Doctor would disagree with me, and I see you're a little perturbed. Really, what did you expect from me? Some praise of the beauty of the place?

I have subjects, I have servants, I have advisors, I do not have friends. I once had a best friend, but... well, you can see how well that turned out. Really, I don't think I care to answer any more questions, so if we're quite done here?
