I know very little about some of the people on my friends list. Some people I know relatively well. But here's a thought: why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's Parker... she likes money and cereal." I'd love it if everyone who's friended me did this. (Yes, even you people who I know really well.) Then post this in your own journal. In return, ask me anything you'd like to know about me and I'll give you an answer.

Friends picked me up at the airport for a con, but didn't know my last name, so had me paged as 'Denise Ithildin'.

That same trip, they introduced me to something called 'Starbucks', this local Washington company. I had a Valencia Orange Mocha.

Do you listen to music when you write?

Almost always. Different music for different stories, AUs, or fandoms, if I have a playlist or playlists for whatever I'm working on. Sometimes just whatever random music is in my iTunes I like.

I seem to like things that aren't popular. Case in point: I like the song "Red Solo Cup".

I have a passion for Pinterest.

Do you ever find yourself wanting to be another species?

On a regular basis, usually when I'm on the road or when some subset of humanity has pulled some serious stupid. As to what other species... anything sentient and not human would probably do. Preferably very long-lived and/or space-faring.
