morgynleri... for the most part, anyway.
Haven't actually gotten any writing done yet today, though hopefully may have come up with a way around a little snag in Admit Me, Chorus to This History, with the teenage Henry of Monmouth (Henry V, for those who don't already know), even if I haven't gotten anything more written on that. Once I get past that snag, I should have it clear into the chosen storyline for a while. And I have the final scene written, so I know where it's going, and how the story ends.

auberus and I have also started on a second part for Beloved King (Prince of Wales is the title for this second part), which is the crossover with Highlander and mythology. In which Henry is making serious trouble for Elizabeth I, and meets Methos. He's cheerfully conquering Wales as a prelude to taking the rest of England (and he's determined that will be followed by Scotland, Ireland, and France. Not necessarily in that order). I'm not sure that he cares if the rest of the world finds out he can't die, since he's still not certain why that is himself. Anat/The Morrigan/etc hasn't yet made it known to him what she is and what she's done. She's just happy to watch him be a warrior and a conqueror and all that.
That story? Is heading for Methos/Henry eventually. My Henry muse doesn't really care about the gender of his bed partners, and mostly doesn't seem to have anything more than affection for some of them. Certainly doesn't have any real care for the female lead in Admit Me, Chorus to This History, and isn't showing much more than a sort of greed when it comes to Methos in Prince of Wales. I suspect there's far more affection in Immortal Herald, along with a healthy dose of sheer possessiveness regarding Montjoy.
Immortal Herald hasn't gotten much further, though there is a scene with Montjoy telling Henry what's happened, at least as far as he's determined things. And the discovery of Cory sneaking around the palace when he was specifically told to keep hisself out of there, and to keep a low profile. *rolls eyes at Cory*
And Displaced (NCIS/Highlander/Henry V) is going to have to wait forauberus's Gibbs and DiNozzo muses to come around again. Henry's still cranky regarding that one, though he's not as cranky about Beloved King as he was when that one was started. Probably because of Prince of Wales and getting to chase people off his throne.
The alternate history plotting is a little stalled, but I'll get there once I have a bit more brain. Like when I'm not getting only six hours of sleep in a night, mostly because I'm waking up four and five times through the night. And hopefully the latest contact with a temp agency might prove useful - they're more long-term contracts than anything else, and more likely to have second-shift work where I can sleep at what my body is more convinced is a proper time (and no, trying to adjust my sleep schedule for an earlier wake-up time doesn't work in the long run, because it's back to 2a-10a within a couple of days of not having to be up at some early-for-me hour - like 7a, in order to be to work by 8a).
